Aight, so I had this idea making The Official Lollipop Remix Thread, first I thought about making a competition with prizes out of this to get more contribution to the thread and make it more interactive, I also talked with NFX about this topic and got his blessings, but then I thought funk it and make a free thread just for fun.

If this thread goes well and we get enough contribution and some hot tracks I'll make a full competition out of this together with Taylor (he's responsible to all the competitions/battles). Since the Warbeats players are still in testing mode we can't use those at the moment, would have been even more fun to use those.

So I stumbled  across this high quality acapella of Lollipop and thought that I had to do this one, I cooked the composition up in couple hours and it was really fun, I enjoyed it.

Here goes my remix:

Edit: I re-uploaded a new version I changed the acapella slightly, I had it wrong on my first attempt, you could only hear it when you listened very closely and counted yourslef, Marv noticed it and we talked about it and found out what exactly was wrong. Don't get fooled by the down beats of the song, because sometimes the down beat of the lyrics hit on the 3rd measure not the 4fh. Count yourself 1-and, 2-and, 3-and, 4-and ---repeat, you'll see that some lines end on the 3 and the clap hits on the four.

Yeah I wanted to contact you when we do a competition with winner and prize, you know voting and everything. At the moment it's just a free thread for fun, everyone can contribute, and if we get enough submissions and hear some hot remixes we'll make a competition with voting, winner, prize etc. out of this. I think this is the most flexibel way and the way without too much stress.
