I'm looking for oldie FL Samples... Something like what is used in the video below at (4:58) also how did he do the relase?

The first one is a synth string sound. You can get Soundfonts with strings or VST instruments for that.

What you are referring to as oldschool samples, is old soul records. There is no place you can get them just like that. You gotta go out and dig for that vinyl and find a song to sample from.
