Just wanted to pop in and introduce myself y'all! The name is Nick Reynolds. I write and do interviews for Xplosive Hip-hop & R&B magazine out of the Bay. I also write and do interviews for several websites like siccness.net and thebaymusic.com among others. I also work as an exec at Game Tight recordz for our artist Sammy "P".

I have now ventured into promotions and management since I'm already connected to every aspect of the industry. Plus I write bio's, lyrics, anything.

Working on a screenplay for my boy Miles Aaron at M.I. films that will hopefully make it to the Cannes film festival in a couple years.

 

I'm basically just an all around industry insider. I know everyone and have a contact list that some would kill for.

I'm here because I just scooped up a copy of FL 7 with a bunch of packs and add-ons and samples. I have almost no idea how to use it. I thopught it would be cool since I have a great ear for music and have a lot of ideas for beats. If anyone has any advice on where to watch some good videos for beginners then let me know...I heard this is the spot!

cRazy! I had the demo version on my laptop a couple different times and it happened then too! That's why I never learned how to use it! It was stable for the last week. I JUST happened. Tried to re-install...same thing.

Wow. That is very weird. You might have to go to the image line forum with that maybe someone may have the sam problem and answer you there (although its not as active as here)

What key is used to close those windows? Mixer/piano roll/edison/ect.?

hmm I don't think the problem would be the system requirements('cos FL Studio can run on 256MB of ram)but post your system specs just in case

it's usually one of the f keys i cant really remember..try hitting some f keys i think its f7...but see what happens, and welcome.
