| Yo. I bought Dre Drums2 Ethnic kit1 and Guitars and Brass elemetns They sent me something sayin theyd give me a free neptunes kit if i posted their link on my site, so i put it on my VIP SC and my myspace, and they sent me one of their free cops VIP kits, saying that I have to won my own site, to qualiify. I thought it was bullish, and told them, and they finally sent me the kit.l It was the best kit out of them all. Dre drumz has some aight kicks and ok snares. All HH in my opinion suck ass. The guitar kit and ethnic kit are both crap, in my opinion. I bought a DVD off a producer with a lot of samples, and got Klub Klaps, which has a few ok claps, another Neptunes kit, which is Good, and Timbo kit, which has some ok Kicks, nothin else really was good, in my opinion. I found online the vintage, which has decent 808, but the rest is not hip hop worthy, in my opinion, and that would have been a waste of money. All in all, I don't think it's worht the price at all. I wasted a lot of money on them, and am not happy with what I got. 2/10 for what I have purchased, and 4/10 for what I have recieved online. The best way to do it is chop your own samples, cuzz thats what Modern Beats does. Would you rather spend time, or $40? Your decision. JW | | | |

| kits can be alrite to use, as long as u add your own flavour to it, add an effect or something. its possible to make a bad sound, sound half decent jus by playin round with it | | http://www.soundclick.com/2ndman

| Klub Klapz is awesome, you just gotta layer 'em and play around with 'em.
That's the only kit I use from them so... | | | |

| defintly layer them, yo got a trick bit useless but with some advanced eqin you can probably pull it off, basically i always layer kicks when im workin with big ones, especially modernbeats since i always feel theres something missing, then basicaaly just eq the bass frequencies and it sounds kinda like a sonic specialist drum, well thats what i got anyway, but you have to eq properly to actually make it useable.
