What is the best recording program to use with  FL Studio? (i.e., Protools, Cool Edit Pro, or Adobe Audition)

cool edit and audition is the same thing, pro tools is "industry standard" but it all depends what works for you, i use cep and it does everything i need

Cool Edit Pro and Adobe Audition is the same thing sept Adobe 1.5 supports vsti plugins. You wanna have adobe cos its eazy buth so good!!!
Or Cubase offcorse buth i recomend you Adobe audition 1.5

i use sonar....but they all do the same ish, just how comfortable u are with the interface and how well you can control each ones options
