I just finished dl'ing it about an hour ago, popped it open and i've already got a pretty solid beat on the go XD i like it, the only thing i don't like are that the lines on the playlist are now black (i work my samples in there and it's kinda hard to find the line when you have 1/6 snap) that gross beat vst is pretty neat also, i like that addition. overall it's cool

Okay I just downloaded the demo now and upgraded it.. Now I gotta figure out how I load up all my settings from version 8. Looking forward to using the new version.

edit: okay that didn't take long. Just fixed the audio and midi settings as well as the file settings. Added my vst folders as well as templates and what not now I'm pretty much good to go.

I really like that the playlist looks so much better now. I really despised using those boxes for setting up my tracks, now the program looks more like a REAL music program so that's sweet. Since I got producer edition I should also get vocodex. Look forward to messin around with that.

Ahaha the new FPC looks so hot

And yay, already getting 1 bug. If I play an instrument and hold down the key, and then switch to another instrument, the 1st one doesn't stop playing till I switch back and cancle it by playing a note again. That's kinda gay..

Anyway. Nice upgrade... I guess the bugs will get fixed right. But it looks real good. Now I just wish they would give us the option to get rid of the step sequencer. It really just gets in the way taking up space for those of us who play our instruments and only record into the piano roll.

Its an effect plugin that chops up the input, twists it tweaks it, much like dblue glitch, its a really cool plugin for sure
