Some of you don't need the help so skip this reply :)
As the old man here, I'd say you have to know your audience. What I mean is that game that works on a 15 year old classmate will not fly with a 19 year old college student which wont fly with a 26 year old etc...
At different points in their life, women are looking for different things.
As far as I know there is no 100% sure fire way to be successful. If you know the girl likes to dress up and show off her clothes and jewelry, you'll have to approach that different than the cute girl that plays on the schools softball team. Ya dig?
For the seriously challenged pimps out there:
Some guys freeze up and lose perspective/confidence when a female is around, you want to lose that fear. The only way to do that is to challenge yourself to fight through it. You don't have to a mac overnight, but make yourself approach at least one girl and ask her name, where shes from etc. Even if thats all you do once you get over that you can move into other areas. like asking for her number or taking her out etc. Basically build up in steps but DO NOT sit back and do nothing. Eventually you can be yourself AND be comfortable enough to meet the girls.
There are many games that you can run on a chick. A lot. If you just want to hit and quit it fine, run a game but if you are seriously interested in someone watch out because the truth will come out eventually.
The thing to remember when running game is that girls need a few things:
1) They need to be the center of the universe. When they talk you listen. Ask them questions about them don't tell them about you.
2) They need to be the winner of enerything. Best clothes, best hair, beste everything. Women are naturally competitive with eachother even best friends. If you compliement a girl on something in front of her friends you scored big points because you have lifted her above the crowd. Even her friends are now more interested in you because sunconsciouly they want to change your mind.
3) If girls think that you're needy, they don't want you. On an animal instinct level you have to portray to her that you are a provider of food, warmth, and other needs. You don't need anyone. That makes you a good candidate because by her getting you, she has tamed the beast. She won the battle (see #2)
4) The good guys finish last. I'm not saying be a total jerk, but girls need you to suggest the things that they think about but would never mention. I'm not going to go into more details since we might have a younger audience here. Use your imagination. They need to feel as if they aren't responsible for coming up with the freaky ideas (at least initially). If you suggest something they havent tried, they might also feel like thats what other girls do and they need to learn to do it better ;) (see #2)
5) Learn some dance moves. Yeah some of you might say it sounds "ghey" but if a girl thinks you're a good dancer, she starts to want you even more. Besides it builds up confidence when you go to a club if you know how to dance.
