ok well i gave my sis one of my comps i gave her my windows melinium edition one but i wanna know how can put windows to its defults um what is a way i can get rid of everything but windows programs anyone know cause im confused

Reformat it and then reinstall windows, to do this go to the drive that has windows on it right click, and click on Format, and it will delete everything of the computer then install windows again

o wait for some reason it wont let me format it um it says windows is using these files also i got windows me on a disk from a torrent it was the original torrent i used but i dont know how to install it manually with out a os already on it any os on it

Sorry, you need to reformat it using your installation cd, im not sure where abouts the option is on the windows me disk but if you go through the options there should be one to reformat and then install, if your computer doesnt boot the cd you will need to change your computers bios settings to boot the cd first, put the cd in your computer restart it and at then push F10 untill a screen pops up and you have to go to settings and then boot devices (or something like that) just change the first boot device to cd and once you have installed windows change it back to what it was.
