Yep, check all the tutorials NFX has and try and soak up as much as you can. D/L some of the remakes on the site as well (under the files section).
And just enjoy using FL! Every single person sucked when they started (some still do, *cough* J.Retama *cough*, jp), things take time.

^ There is no "Zouk making" tutorial.. I advise watchin the reggaeton tutorial.. THat's a style that comes the closest out of all the beat making tutorials that are made..

Can you put up a link to a song you want to learn from youtube or something?  I would post it here first (so I can find it) but in the future you might want to do it  in the remakes section with an explaination that your looking for zouk or something?  I'm pretty hesitant to post a remake of a hip hop song (too many good ones already) but I would do this for you if you think it might help since it is a style of music that someone else probably won't do for ya. 

I'm not an expert in Zouk or nothing, but I'll try to help if I can.

As far as the samples used, if you have a CD you might have to become friends with the fruity slicer after you render the song to a wav and chop out a loop in whatever wave editor your using.

all over youtube there are screen records of people making beats in 10 minutes. some of them turn out pretty good and they should give u some inspiration. i did one months ago and it was pretty sucky
