the vintage machines are just oldschool drum machines like the rolands 808s 909 s, lin drums etc., are they not? i love the real real kits they make like the dremendous series, timbo kits, however Deviant Sounds has some great kits i love the pete rock and wutang , there not much tweaking with both these companys kits alot of the drums are already layered. NICE!! saving me much time. i scene deviant had there producers series on for 49.99 amazing sounds for the price

WE need a bitch and rant post.... does anyone else see the irony in some of these sight...same kits different price...i should say.. same named kits... 50$ bucks for a kit you most likely have already...wouldn't doubt that most of these kits are just stock FL kits with compression and effects put to em and then saved then put to a cd and a "crunk kit" title and a 50$ price tag...buy if you want but that 50$ could go to something more useful ...like good headphones or better cables

agreed with the above.

Alot the so called commercial kits also contain sounds freely available on the net. Which was the point with my "the maschine" drumkit post.

However there are also yhose ho really put in the work an bring out quality samples. people like Goldbaby for example.

Im relatively new to FLStudio so dont be harsh on me. Well you can be harsh just not too harsh. I have FLStudio 8, a friend gave it to me as a gift since he knew I was in to recording live music. After playing with it for a while, I realize that I love making beats. Well I have been basically making beats with only the stuff that came on FLStudio (Generators, effects, samples, vertual instuments etc.) I've found that I am quite limited to what I can do with that stuff and I am definately interested in downloading (free or not) any and everything that i can find. Basically I need some new sounds!! Im interested in that albino thing that nfx uses as well as any other nice generators, sounds, drum kits, and whatever else you guys might know about. Any advice or links is greatly appriciated. Im trilled to be part of this community. Thanks a lot.
