I know NFX has a tutorial in the VIP on how to record Fantom sounds into FL. However, this is completely different. Showing how to slave your X keyboard to use the Roland as a VST via MIDI Outs. For anyone who has a Fantom and has wanted to do this, and searched all over the web looking, here it finally is:

does this mean you can record the notes off the fantom into piano roll ... as seperate notes and then edit them in FL paino roll e.g. moving a single note across one. or does this still mean the file is recored as one whole audio file ?

My problem is the same, but vice versa. I need to use roland as a midi controller, I connected it to FLStudio 8, and when ever I hit keys on the roland, and try to use them for something like toxic biohazard, it doesn't make ANY sound! If someone has an answer, please reply to freiter21@yahoo.com, I barely use this website =/.
