to dtox..in the piano roll.  in the part where you can edit the velocity, left-click to the left of that, in the grey part and you see a bunch of setting.. click "channel pitch" and then you will be able to edit the pitch bends by left-clickin (and holding down) the editing part and moving the mouse up and down.
