| The videos made by NFX are of higher quality than those hosted on Youtube or Google video. They require that you have Windows Media Player (v9+) installed.
All other videos are in FLV or Flash format and require Flash (v9+) to be installed.
IE should work for most users after the plug-ins are installed but in some cases the security settings require you to click in the video once to activate it, then click on play to play it.
FIREFOX users should follow the directions on this page for getting the WMV plug-in to work:

UPDATE: You must have Javascript enabled!
Finally you can download or view most of the NFX videos on Google/Youtube.

| Please do not post in the threads asking what is wrong with the vids if you cannot see them.
Chances are that most people can see them and you need to set up your system.
Post a message in this forum describing the problem in as much detail as possible. What do you see? Have you tried all the steps described above? What browser do you use? etc...

| Apparently i wasnt supposed to post this in the threads, sorry NFX. I hadnt read this yet, but i wish you would take a look at the WAH WAH Improved video. | Im not a noob when it comes to computers, this video is not loading, ive fed the cats, walked the dogs, took a shower and all the other essentials but not enough time in the world it seems to get this one to come up, and yes i pushed the play button and right clicked and pressed play, checked out all the other options and tried firefox and IE, i also tested to see that i could play the other videos, all the other videos are working fine for me and this one worked once also, but when i come back to learn from it, now its not loading :( It WAS a great video once, please help! | | | |

but yea, i got the same problem with the southern style video like brolence , i´ve got mediaplayer10 flash9 etc the other clips are working only that southern doesnt work if i hit the play button nothing changes  please help. i use firefox but i also tried it with the IE.

| i would like to know what format these videos are in---i've downloaded windows media player ---uninstalled , reinstalled all the of the prgrams recomended and nothing has worked yet......when i try to veiw a vid there is a small video player shows on the screen that says windows media in the middle, with the windos logo, it is also sorrounded in light brown border....i've tried waiting for it to load but nothing ever happens----if someone can please contact me in helping me veiw the vids it will be highly appreciated. either reply back to my message here, or get at me on yahoo messenger under the name thrillamila_15

| Well i just checked the wah guitar improved video again which is the ONLY video i cant get to load on this site. Ive been checking it for a month it seems, but no action? Has anyone else been able to get this video to load? Its a VIP video maybe i have to wait until its made public? Just a response would be great. Personally i feel ive been patient ;)
The video is the Wah Guitar Improved Method in the VIP section if anyone else is able to get this to play "maybe after clearing your cache it wont work ;) " I dont get any crazy messages as others have stated, it just says "connecting" then a second later says "ready" but as ive stated before it never starts.
Again Any Response regarding this ONE video only would be GRRRRREAT as Tony the Tiger might say Oh did i just give away my age :D

| got tha same problem with sum of tha vip videos - that t pain vocal , sidechaning, southern style , that wah guitar etc dont work but the funny thing is i can watch that syncing to an acapella , that scratching with the wavetraveller and that filters explained tutorial. hm? got servicepack 2 , firefox2,flash9 etc all clips from tha normal tutorial side works. whats the problem? i press the play button and that player window try to load but after sum seconds the player window is ready again und not loading or buffering - then i hit play again and the same happen. | | | |

| well im not sure but it may be what browser you use cuz when i use firefox i cant see the vids but when i use internet explorer it works just fine and as for viewing them externally you can't download the file because its password protected by nfx and also u cant play it from using a direct link in wmp because of the same reason | | | MarvelousOne.com | |

by the way - the player with that mp3 file of nfx´s wah guitar tutorial above that video window also shows error opening file so i think that theres sumthing wrong wit it but whatever...
and nah i dont wanna download them vids , just see them - i got 1 vip month but tha player in the thread of for example the southern beat recipe in the vip thread don´t work. i press play but it dont start buffering so it dont start andf i cant watch. but for example that syncing to an acapella tutorial in the vip thread works good i press play it starts buffering and after that i can see it. hm..

The only problem I could identify and fix is the one on the Wah video. Do you have javascript enabled? Can you give me anymore details?
I want to help but unless I can see the problem myself, it's very difficult .
