ok. this new layout or whatever is hella slow and why can i not vote. i thought maybe i had to let the track play out before i could vote but,nooooo. that didn't work. all i got is zero that i can't change....? so i can't vote witch means i can't give feedback witch also means i can't upload or get feedback myself... whats going on???

P.S.
it took five minutes to load this page and 20 to get to this point. now i have to wait another 5 to send this out. not to mention if i want to read any replies from this post i have to do this ish all over again.

It's going a little slow for me but not anything like what you said. For me it might take maybe 30 secs - 1 min extra to load a page.

Feedback system is working fine for me though so not sure whats going on.

it has it's moments

It's not really slow for me, but sometimes the forums kinda just lock up and then goes to an error page, it fixes after about 5 minutes though. Doesn't really bother me so it's all cool
