Im tell you, some mainstream beats are nothing at all. What is that beat, a kick pattern, a nice sounding jingle bell thing and a cool sampled "dumb" thing. Sure this song is fun to listen to and go dumb to but the beat isnt that original, yet the production quality is good so...compared to one of ours, theres probably sound better as far as acctual production.

yeah
but think about it there is a reason those are mainstream
I am not downing your beats
I am saying the general has a thing they like
that doesn't mean yours are better
ish yours are probably better
what I am saying is
if you want to get in the mainstream
get your foot in the door
then do what you want with your beats
nawmean?
but listen how simple those mainstream beats are
emulate it till it is dumb enough for the general public lol
nawmean?
blah blah blah
anyway I hope you get the point cause I don't want to type anymore?

I get it plenty. The general public doesnt really doesnt listen to the music. They want a beat that bumps and sounds clean. If people really listened to music these days you would here alot more people talking about Mozart and Behtoven and alot of classic music. When i was younger I hated classical but now when i listen to it im just blown away. Also if people listened to the music they wouldnt be hating 2-Pac and all of the MCs who have powerful lyrics.

The one oor two songs that you always here I think are called singles. To me they useually sound like the songs that more poeple can appreciate but the other songs always end up way better in my opinion.
