download cash money millionaires - "baller blockin" and tell me otherwise . i've never seen someone wreck (in the negative sense) a song so badly. how did he get famous?

what a goofy bastard.. he's all over the place in every song he touches lol.

..sorry to all the E-40 fans out there.. but someone had him listed as one of the top 5 rappers of all time and i was like what?

e-40 is nice i like the retro 40 better but the new stuff is good.. Guys like 40 are great for hip hop. i could list a bunch of reasons how he has changed the music with in his over a decade career in the rap game.Research and listen deep into him.. When i was in like 3rd grade and first started hearing him i hated it at first but i put the cd back in and have kept going back to it.. It is a sound that grows on u... Check the cd he put out in i thing 2002 Breakin Newz.. ish was tight.

i like the ish he raps about... u can tell hes one pretty smart cat.... but sometimes he does get too goofy on a track and the flow's so wack sometimes you cant even bob ur head...

still got love for him tho

you gotta remember this guy was rappin with Pac back in the day. most of the young kids around only know him from "tell me when to go" and his other recent stuff.

E40's great.  He lets himself down by having such a poor sense of quality control and such a limitted range of subject matter.

I'd like to hear him do a song with Aesop Rock.
