hi, recently ive been getting writers block. i open up FL and i cant do anything, nothing seems to sound right and i cant seem to put a tune from my head into FL.

any ideas what to do when you can't make anything? or tell me what you do?

ahhh this one again ..

Well..
Try to listen to 'alot' of different types of music..
Take a break for a few days..
Try producing the thing that comes up in ya mind instead of forcing your mind to produce something..

That are just a few things I can think of right off the bat...

You don't have writers block Cause as you said your not writing...but making music

But i've just gone through exactly what your going through. I tried a lot of what people said i.e ^ TI's post lol. And none of it worked! lol, i did take a lot of time off. try just taking a step back from music all together. All i can say is i didn't open FL up as much, i didn't try and force music, and i spent more time out of the house and after about a month or so i've made a couple tracks within a week so im starting to get back into the groove of things now

But honestly i can think of one thing i did that 'cured' this problem...I think its just time imho

i got tha same thing im on a 1 month block man an usally i drop beats every other day i dont know what to do! my usally tatics dont work now but ill be back....ill be back
