When ever i insert a loop into the pattern and i click on the first beat 1/16. ok
then i go to piano roll and it transforms that 1 beat across all the bars, is there a way to take it out of that view and put it back to the 1/16 where i can add more later without the piano roll?

I think I know what you're talking about and the answer (I think) is NO. Once you change a channel to from steps to piano roll, it will always be piano roll until you delete the note data. The reason is because there is no reliable way to turn it back easily since piano roll data  doesn't follow the same boundries as the steps.
