I use CamStudio or DemoStudio (google it. it's free but can be a bitch to setup)

I use Vegas to add the titles and do some editing and finally burn it to a WMV file.

I will post tutorials by others if its good. Or maybe I'll make a forum and people can upload there own. If you do one, just email me and we'll figure it out.
