So.. you just wanted to mention that or...?

anyway yeah, in todays industry you could say ''hairball hairball cat vomet goat milk'' on a hook with a nice melody to it and some backup vocals and you will have yourself a hit record.

PS: Is your name carl?

Who cares really...if you're hot you're hot, if not...you're simply not.

I hear Rihanna singing "so hard so hard, so hard sooo hard" on a hook and i find myself liking it.

Two words...that's not even a full sentence. Does it sound silly? sure it does..does it sound like it took them songwriters only 2 minutes to figure out that hook? Sure.

But that's todays Pop/R'N'B/Hip Hop music.

Ppl don't want "rich" lyrical content. They want simple melodies and lyrics they can sing along or dance to it in the club.

@unleaver:

Everyone knows this...it's a fact...but bottom line is, douchebags like soulja boy or any other ringtone "image" rapper is there for a reason. You might hate ppl like soulja boy cuz YOU think their music is garbage and they don't deserve the fame. I know i do.

But guess what...he got all that money and became famous cuz the MAJORITY of ppl like his garbage music.

Noone asks how long it took him to make that crank that song...all that means nothing at this point.

Some ppl are grinding 5 to 10 years for a chance to get a record deal...and others do it with a demo version of fruity loops with only stock sounds and like 10 minutes of their lifetime.

That's just the way it goes.

Thats why I'm gonna get rich and famous making stupid songs like that, then when everyone hates me and everyone else loves me I'm gonna start making good music then everyone will love me. then i'm gonna donate all my money and retire
