I found www.ForOrchestra.com a few minutes ago and my jaw dropped.  I thought I was nasty with my orchestration because I could make decent string bridges for my R&B songs.  I was wrong.  This guy completely blew me away.  They're basically pop songs (from Bon Jovi to Michael Jackson to Miley Cyrus) arranged for orchestra.  Just go listen.  Now.  There are versions with vocals on YouTube and half are better than the originals.  Hip hop heads, R&B cats...whoever, if you make music with midi you'll appreciate this.
