Yo Fam, as the title says I am going to be selling for the first time, 3 beats exclusively with a contract o.0...now this is a rough draft but I was wondering are contracts like this normal? Both myself and the person I am working with agree to these terms and I we both feel like a contract is a safe way to go, plus she feels insecure unless one is made since she was done in pretty badly b4. But I am wondering if there are some things that should be added that you guys can think of? Or maybe it is fine as is...*shrug*

But here's a rough draft of what we got...hopefully and maybe this will help others too.

Yes, at rendering... check the box : "split mixer tracks"

Also this contract might give some idea on the wordings, but I wouldn't advise people to use it to all situation, i actually wouldn't advise people to use it at all because I think It's not really adapted to our situations.

Also, note that if you got the chance to sell to some major or big indie, you normally won't even have to draft a contract since they are the ones which will do it

Ah good lookin on the splitting tracks, thank ya's...But gyea i wouldn't expect this to be used everytime for selling, these are just terms agreed upon by the singer and myself. I would hope it can help for outlines in case some1 would want to create one though...and hitting a major label would be a dream come true o.0, would feel great to have a contract like that to sign on.
