AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT dated as of September 2, 2009, is a legal and binding contract between (Singer & Song Writer),of……………… and …… (Producer),of…………….

IN CONSIDERATION of the mutual covenants and conditions set forth and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:

1. Producer …… is the sole Author of: (1^st song) (2^nd song) (3^rd song)..  Producer…… will receive Publishing Credits on Singer's album entitled: …….., for: (song names) which will be in legible print on every (original and copy) compact disc sleeve.

2. In the event that the album name (album name) changes; both parties will remain obligated to fulfill all terms and conditions of this Agreement.

3. In the event of litigation relating to the subject matter of this Agreement, the non-prevailing party shall reimburse the prevailing party for all reasonable attorney fees and costs resulting there on.

4. The parties, Singer and Producer ……. acknowledge that this agreement stands in the place of any previous agreement, whether oral or in writing and may be subject to modification only if it is mutually agreed upon by both parties. The parties agree that no amendment to this Agreement shall be binding upon the parties unless it is in writing and executed by both parties.
