I have few fantastic rappers who wanna join (to make it clear i don't have anything with them i found tham on other forums)
Second as i see it its better to have 6 than whole world doing one big collab. Thats wack and thats not a group. It dosn't need to be 6, it can be 100s as i care but not in public forum. Cos lets take samples legal issue. If i buy them (for exmp) i can't give them to u to use it (legally). But if im in the group and u make something with sample i buyed but u did it for a group thatn thats legal cos im in this group. (also my idea, i can shere with u all samples i ever buyed)
Than we could enter all kind of online contests. Like for exmp modern beats all u need is buy and use samples from tham to enter contest for MTV and all toher TVs contract. Or now it was beat makeing for Shaun Paul... Al u need was pay 10$ and ur beats would be listened and maybe picked by Shaun Pauls team. Since i have a job 10$ wouldnt be to much to give. But thats why i don't see this as public (everyone can be in) group.
Also last time whan i was at SAE institut i meet great webpage maker who would do webpage for us for free................

I like you ideas Slave...and having two people run the show would take some of the pressure off (both people)

So maybe the best way to go now would be for you two to discuss how you want the group layed out, how many composers/samplers/engineers you need then invite the people you want in the group by PM or something.

To be clear. Im not sayeing this should be "private" group just in private forum... For start it could be good to know how many composers etc it should have. But later everyone who wanna and who is accepted by us ((as all not just T.I and me) can be in the group.
But anyway i would like someone of mods or NFX tell me when and will the music group forum start.

Well i was thinking to have sub groups of that private forum.
Mix/mastering- max 3 people should be "sound engineers"... Ill lead that group (not becouse im best, becouse i have audio engineering diploma) so ill pick them somehow
Composers- T.I. should pick (just fiev of them for now)
Samplers-Im thinking to give that job to Lucas
and
MCs- ill invite rappers i talked bout but till than we should "use" some of our members. And since there is 3 tops rappers on WB it wouldn't be hard to choose.

Audition is nice idea, but well talk bout that whan we actualy start something

i think there should b a beat pool, start a new forum section for da mixtape, then sub categories for each genre on the tape. producers that wanna be a part of the tape submit lets say 2-4 beats total (anymore than that would b madness) and from that pool group leaders will then listen and select beats 4 a final pool.
(there should b about maybe 50-60 beats in the final pool).

that one will b used 4 the artists to listen 2 and see which beats match there vibe.

Aaah, things are starting to take shape Just what I was waiting for, a few reliable people with some time on their hands to step up to the plate. Sounds greta, I have no problems with Slavebell and T.I. Navigating this thing.
